Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut is a liquid metal thermal paste based on a eutectic alloy. A very high thermal conductivity value is achieved through a special mixing ratio of the metals tin, gallium and indium, among others. We recommend applying Conductonaut to nickel-plated copper, as this provides the best long-term stability.
Hint: The Conductonaut thermal paste must not be used with aluminium coolers!
Hint: Conductonaut is a metal alloy and can leave optical residues. By diffusing the liquid metal into the heat spreader, the engraved information can become illegible and there is a risk of voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
For the best long-term performance, we recommend heat sinks with nickel-plated copper bottoms.
